The hotel has some nice aspects, like spacious family suites and a friendly staff, but I can't overlook the cleanliness issues that really impacted our stay. The rooms felt dated and not as clean as I expected, with unpleasant odors lingering in the bathrooms. Overall, it's a mixed experience where the potential is there, but the execution was lacking.
